LO2 Presentation from Hugh Mann (Let there be light production)

Hugh Mann is a director in the Let there be light productions and gave us a presentation on the 13th of January 2016.

Questions:
How do you organise everything?

Make milestones and make sure that things like Scripts and storyboards are signed off so you know the client is happy with what your doing. You have to have a shot list so you can go straight to filming and knowing what your doing, which make it easier for you and the crew, you also need to handle the continuity sheets, call sheets, risk assessments and release forms. You need to organise the food for the crew too which can create a high morale making them work better, which will create a better film and finally an ideal thing to do is networking and business cards as it widens your circle to the actors you can have.

What's the hardest part of your job?

Delivering the film, telling the client that the idea is a good concept, showing that your capable of making the film and also showing that you can make a film withing a budget
